Project Details
This is a two-story residential addition, family room with lots of windows and 2 by 6 framing. Spray Foam Insulators applied open cell foam to the roof walls. By using the most energy-efficient insulation, the HVAC contractor was able to use one split heating & cooling system rather than two as originally designed. This room addition is very comfortable even with all the windows, regardless of the season of the year.
