To address these concerns, the tenant opted for open-cell spray foam insulation, which not only provides excellent thermal resistance but also significantly improves sound dampening. Open-cell foam was applied along the roofline and upper wall areas to help regulate the indoor climate and minimize sound reverberation throughout the space.
