This building was formerly the Delaware Valley Hospital was built in the early 1950s; the facility has been closed for a number of years. It was purchased two years ago by Wilson Acquisitions and has gone through a major renovation. The new use will be assisted living with all different levels of care. The facility has over 300 rooms. We were contracted to install foam insulation as the owner is very aware that the comfort of his clients is his primary concern. To do the heating and cooling efficiently, he elected to use spray foam insulation. For the exterior walls close cell foam was installed and the roof areas open cell foam. The project to date is about 60% complete with the first phase opening in the next 60 days.
