This is an old home in Newtown, PA that did a major restoration. The basement was to be finished but had an original stack stone foundation. The homeowners didn’t want to cover the stone, but wanted to insulate it. We had the exterior excavated cleaned and we applied close cell foam from the exterior to provide a moisture barrier and the insulation they needed.
