At Asap Truck Parts, located at 11621 Carolina Road, Philadelphia, PA, we’ve recently transformed a warehouse space into comfortable, second-floor offices. To tackle the challenge of the cold, unconditioned warehouse below, we used open-cell foam to insulate the roof, walls, and floor of the new office area. This insulation keeps the offices warm in winter and cool in summer, making the space comfortable year-round with just one split unit for heating and cooling.

This was an interesting job located at 459 Lurgan Rd. in New Hope PA. This is a gentleman’s farm and they board horses. The issue was the first floor was finished occupied space and the lower floor is a horse stable.
